The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.....and that is certainly true for me! Professionally I am a seasoned executive who has managed hundreds of team members, managed projects of national scope and contributed to the careers and upward mobility of dozens of wonderful folks. I am also an experienced mediator, eeo practitioner, practical researcher and problem solver, roles that I particularly relish. Personally I am a 5th generation Montanan, student of western history, theatrical performer, traveler and mom. I have the awesome responsibility of raising two beautiful human beings, guiding them into productive and rewarding lives of their own.
