As a certified mediator and member of the Montana Mediators Association, ABA Mediation
and Arbitration Sections, the National Association of Certified Mediators, and the
Statewide California Mediation Association, I bring hundreds of hours of advanced training
and experience across commercial, family, divorce, custody, employment, intellectual
property, and privacy matters.

My background includes civil court mediation in contract disputes, debt cases,
landlord-tenant matters, workplace conflict, and pet-related disputes. I am an experienced
mediator known for guiding parties through complex, high-stakes issues and helping them
reach practical, sustainable resolutions. I provide both in-person and Zoom mediation,
with travel available for scheduled sessions. This is a multistate mediation practice
committed to accessible, effective conflict resolution.
