Michael Viscomi graduated from the University of Florida Law School in 1982 and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1983 and the Montana Bar since 1998. Michael has always had a very active trial practice in cases primarily involving serious personal injuries and wrongful death, as well as insurance and commercial litigation.
Michael is a past President of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and he enjoys an “AV” rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Michael has been listed in the 2007 & 2008 editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers. Michael is also one of a select handful of attorneys in Montana who is certified as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
In addition to his trial practice, many litigants and attorneys have retained Michael for his skills as a mediator and arbitrator. Mediation and arbitration is now a very large portion of Michael’s practice. Michael mediates and arbitrates all types of civil cases, but no family law. Such cases include personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, employment disputes, real estate, construction, probate, and more.
