Kerry Newcomer is uniquely qualified to help you resolve your dispute. Mr. Newcomer’s practice is limited to acting as a third party neutral in disputed matters. It is his sole business, not a sideline or hobby. He understands the emotional and financial devastation that continuing conflict can cause. Mr. Newcomer’s experience includes over two decades as a trial attorney in divorce, custody and other high-conflict matters. During that time he enjoyed referrals from satisfied clients, dissatisfied opposing parties and the other lawyers and court personnel with whom he worked. Mr. Newcomer is a graduate of The University of Montana and The University of Montana Law School. He is a Practitioner Member of the Association of Conflict Resolution and a Full Member, with family designation, of the Montana Mediation Association. Mr. Newcomer has focused exclusively on dispute resolution since 2001. Mr. Newcomer has conducted many mediations between parties, many settlement conferences for cases in litigation with the parties and their attorneys, and appellate mediations for cases on appeal to the Montana Supreme Court with the parties and their attorneys. |
